Urgent Notice to Homeowners with Home Insurance

The Housing Department has been advised that updated exterior photos are required for all insured homes on ‘Na̱mg̱is land as part of ongoing insurance renewal requirements.

Required Photos

Homeowners are required to submit clear exterior photos showing:

Front of the home
Back of the home
Left side of the home
Right side of the home

This requirement is not optional.

The Housing Department has been advised that 22 insurance policies are currently at risk of non-renewal because requested information has not been submitted to insurance providers.

To help ensure insurance coverage remains current, all homeowners with insured homes on ‘Na̱mg̱is land are required to submit updated photos by June 15, 2026.
