Call for Catering Proposals

We are seeking proposals from caterers interested in providing food services for our General Meeting on Saturday, July 11, 2026.

Services Requested:
• Morning snacks and refreshments
• Lunch
• Afternoon snacks and refreshments

Estimated Attendance:
• Approximately 125 people

Proposal Deadline:
Friday, June 19, 2026

Successful Proponent Notified:
Wednesday, June 24, 2026
