Classification: Casual/On-Call

Reports to: Director of ‘Na̱mg̱is Community Services

‘Na̱mg̱is Community Services is looking for On Call/Casual Workers for the following positions:

  1. Janitor 
  2. Receptionist

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 preferred
  • Clean criminal record check

Salary:

  • Compensation is based on the ‘Na̱mg̱is Salary grid, starting $19.84 for the janitorial position.
  • Compensation is based on the ‘Na̱mg̱is Salary grid  starting $22.87 hourly rate for the reception.
  • Candidates are typically offered compensation between the beginning and midpoint of the range.
  • Pursuant to Section 41 of the BC Human Rights Code, preference may be given to qualified applicants of Aboriginal ancestry.
